jeff, you can shoot the scene in raw and "develop" several images at the exposure that you want (0, +1, -1, etc) in your raw converter. that way you can guarantee that they'll line up. PS also has a pin register feature that will snap the images into place as you create the layers. combine those two methods and it's really fast. i use that often for action shots where there is no opportunity for in camera bracketing. good luck. later, kevin

Yes they should have stopped long back with perm introduction as it was no longer needed after perm.

I take my words back. I did not posted any Indians Pic with President and I Have respect for Indians who reached to this level and can feel the pain of a fellow immigrants. Unfortunatey people like them dont even think they are INdian anymore. thats why I dont see any reason why try to feel happy for them because they just have Indian name.
Now all RED dots are welcome.

L1A - qualifies for EB1 but Indian companies very rarely do it.

IV guys have don e great job & the strato is good. My suggestion for fund genenration.... Send one mass mail every month & ask for a small amount of cheque. Let us see how many of us send a small cheques of say $20. We should collect $20K in one shot.

here is another questions I need to ask, if anyone can plz get them answered it will be great.
1. There was I-94 attached which was also lost. Recently, we transferred H-4 to different comany, so Uscis sent i-94 with approval notice, would that work or we need to get apply form 102 for replacement? Also, is there a way to notify uscis that i-94 is lost and will reapply once we get to ?

Hi all...thanks for taking the time to help me out...URGENTLY need advice based on your knowledge or experience...
I'm scheduled to travel to Mumbai via Amsterdam tomorrow morning. I just noticed that my I-94 card is missing (was stapled to my valid H1-B visa). My H1-B visa is valid until August 2011 and I have the original I-797A Notice of Action.
My questions are: (1) Will I be allowed to board the plane going from US to India? What should I say to the airline officer who asks for my I-94 card? , and
(2) Will I have any issues returning back to US? What precautions should I be taking to guard against this?
PS I did some initial research and do not have the time to I-102 since I'm supposed to catch a flight tomorrow.
Any information in the next 12-24 hours would be greatly appreciated.

i didn't want to do the newby thing and ask 'oh! how is it done?' so i went away and tried to do it myself (ha!)
i tried masking the text and having all sort of thing tweening in underneath, but i can't get the rays to beam out like that
just one question: is it done in actionscript?
PS if you want to take your secret to the grave i won't think anything less of you! :D

When things are all set, why don't you send an official complaint to the USCIS about the doctor. I wonder how she became a "Civil Surgeon" if she doesn't know as simple a thing as sending a supplement form for vaccinations. It would be good to get such doctors weeded out of the USCIS system.
I recd supplementary forms to I-693 for my wife and I from the Civil Surgeon earlier this week. Along with the supplementary forms I recd two envelopes (one addressed to me, and the other one to my wife) that had DO NOT OPEN written on them. I sent these to my lawyer's office.
I called the doctor’s office and this is what I found out. Apparently, when the doctor had first given us the sealed envelopes (in June 2007) she didn’t know that the Supplementary form needs to go with the certification she provided us in the sealed envelopes. We sent the sealed envelopes with our Concurrent I-140 = 485 application recd at NSC on 7/2/07 (as per UPS). Now, some of her clients have recd letters from USCIS asking for the Supplementary form, so she has sent the same out to all of her clients regardless of them getting a letter from USCIS. I hope our application doesn’t get rejected due to this; no checks cashed as of today.
My lawyer's response: No the application should not get rejected because of this...however we will submit the supp doc's report to the USCIS when we get the receipt notices.
Anyone else in the same boat? Is this something to worry about? See signature for more info...

Most of these case I have heard have got H4 visa without any issues. You will do OK. Go for stamping.
NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO, DO NOT LEAVE THE COUNTRY WITHOUT GETTING LEGAL ADVISE.
You have been out of status for 3 years. If the consular officer finds this out, you could be banned for 10 yrs. This is a very serious issue, I hope you consult an attorney before planning to leave the country. I am not sure why you took so long to convert to H4. My best wishes to you anyway..

I went to US Consulate Montreal Canada on 3/18/08 and they held back my passport, Copy of LC, Originals of my I 485 and H1/H4. They told me your company is too small 7-8 employees and need to search the company. I had my H1/H4's got stamped in Toronto in 2005 without any problem.
They told me to call me back within 10 days. No Comunication yet.
My I 140 is approved in June 06, Submitted I 485 in June/July 07 got EAD Cards in Oct.-07. I also got my 3 years H1/H4 approvals on Jan-18th, 08.
Any idea how much time they are going to check the status of the company? Does the size of the company really matters? I am paid regularily and my company is a real estate investment firm, due to recent recession the profit of the company is low as compared to previous years. Will this make any difference. I am EB 3 with priority date July 30th, 2003.
Any advise?? Has some one been in the same situation. My older son is in college and has exams on Monday? Any thoughts/suggestions.

Hi all,
I had applied for my I-140/I-485 (concurrent) in Summer 07 and am awaiting a decision. My company has not been paying on time and is lagging behind on pay checks for about a few months now... I would like to know how this would affect my I-140 - Does the USCIS normally issue an RFE for this type of a problem or would they deny the I-140 ? If it is an RFE, what kind of proof does the company have to provide ?
Is it required for the company to completely catch up on the backlog and have all the pending pay checks paid before my I-140 gets processed ?
